Discover, Connect and Celebrate at Knox Council’s Discovery Day
Knox City Council invites the whole community to come together for Discovery Day, a free family-friendly celebration packed with activities, workshops and entertainment.
The Discovery Day is to be held on Saturday the 26th of October 2025 between 10:00am and 3:00pm at the Knox Civic Centre and surrounds.
What’s On
Visitors will be able to explore stalls showcasing local community groups, clubs and services. You can take part in interactive workshops, from art and craft to sustainability activities. Enjoy live music, cultural performances, and children’s entertainment. Discover opportunities to volunteer, connect, and get involved in the community. You can also meet Council staff and learn about local initiatives and upcoming projects.

Discovery Day is designed for all ages, with plenty of activities to keep children busy, while adults can browse stalls, enjoy food trucks, and chat with local organisations.
