Late-Night Emergency Response

Fire Rescue Victoria crews, supported by the State Emergency Service, worked under bright floodlights to free the woman from the wreckage. The rescue operation took considerable effort as responders cut through twisted metal to reach her.
Woman Rushed to Hospital
Mobile Intensive Care and Advanced Life Support paramedics treated the woman, believed to be in her 30s, for serious upper and lower body injuries. She was transported to The Alfred Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
