Knox VICSES Pays Tribute to Phil Mann
Knox VICSES is mourning the loss of valued member Phil Mann. It is with deep sadness that the Knox Unit informs our community today, Tuesday the 13th of January. His passing has deeply affected the local emergency services community and all that knew him.
Years of Service to the Community
Phil joined Knox VICSES in 2005. From the beginning, he showed commitment, reliability, and compassion. Over many years, Phil supported the community during emergencies. Moreover, he always stepped forward when help was needed. As a result, his service across decades made a lasting difference across Knox.
A Respected Teammate and Friend
Phil was more than a volunteer. He was also a trusted teammate and loyal friend. Furthermore, his willingness to assist others never faded. Likewise, his calm presence strengthened those around him. Consequently, his contribution will be remembered with the utmost respect.
Thoughts With Family and Colleagues
At this difficult time, thoughts remain with Phil’s family and friends. Support is also extended to his fellow VICSES members. Meanwhile, the Knox community reflects on his service and kindness.
A Lasting Legacy of Service
Phil’s dedication will not be forgotten. His legacy lives on through the people he helped, both in the organisation and the wider community.
