Police have launched an urgent search for a missing woman in Ferntree Gully. Officers are appealing for public assistance to locate 86-year-old Carol, who lives with Alzheimer’s disease.

Carol was last seen on Underwood Road shortly before 2pm today. She left a local care facility, prompting immediate concern from staff and family. Since then, no confirmed sightings have been reported.
Concerns Grow For Her Welfare
Police hold serious concerns for Carol’s safety. Her age and medical condition increase the risk to her wellbeing. As a result, investigators have prioritised the search effort.
Description And Clothing Details
Carol is described as Caucasian and about 165cm tall. She has long white hair and wears glasses. At the time, she wore a white long-sleeved shirt, brown pants, and black shoes.
