Fraud Investigation Underway in Blackburn and Nunawading
Police are investigating the fraudulent use of a stolen credit card on Friday, 25 November 2025. The card was allegedly used to withdraw cash at a shopping centre on Springfield Road in Blackburn. Additionally, attempted purchases occurred at a store on Whitehorse Road in Nunawading. As a result, investigators quickly launched an active inquiry across both locations. Meanwhile, officers continue reviewing transaction records and available CCTV footage.
Images Released to Assist Police Enquiries
Investigators have now released images of two men who may assist with enquiries. Importantly, police believe the men could provide valuable information about the transactions.
