A Longstanding Club in Knoxfield
The RC Off-Road Club of Knoxfield delivers fast-paced remote-control racing for local enthusiasts. Importantly, the club began operations in 1984 and therefore stands among one of Victoria’s longest-running RC racing clubs. Over the years, the club has built a strong community culture, with volunteers maintaining the track and race equipment. As a result, visitors enjoy consistent racing quality and safety.
Membership and Community Growth
The club supports a growing membership base of hobbyists and competitive racers. It follows Remote Control Racing Australia rules for safety and consistency. While numbers vary annually, dozens of active drivers participate regularly. Additionally, many families attend race days as spectators. Racing occurs on the first and third Sunday of each month. Gates usually open around 8am. Meanwhile, racing traditionally begins near 10am after briefings. More recently, later start times have been explored by the club and seem to resonate with members. If you are considering involvement for the first time, best to check with organisers. Weather can sometimes impacts schedules, however most events continue year-round.

The track sits within the Carrington Park Family Leisure Centre at 20 O’Connor Road in Knoxfield. Importantly, the facility includes jumps, berms, and technical corners. How to Join the Club
