The 19-year-old man faces three counts of sexual penetration of a child under 16.
Police Detail Timeline of Allegations
Police allege one incident occurred in November 2025 while the constable was off duty.
Additionally, police allege another incident occurred in June 2025 before he joined Victoria Police.
Matter Heads to Court
Police charged the constable and later granted him bail.
Subsequently, he will appear before a magistrates’ court at a later date.
Meanwhile, Victoria Police confirmed the charges followed its internal investigation.
However, the court will now consider the allegations. Therefore, Victoria Police has released no further details.
