Intergenerational Tech Support Links Knox Community

Free Tech Help Offered

Older residents in Knox can now access free, personalised tech help from younger volunteers. The “Intergenerational Tech Support” program is an initiative of the Knox Council. It runs every Tuesday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm until the 25th of November 2025 at the Westfield Knox Community Space (next to the Knox Library).

How to Book

Book a 30-minute session via phone (1300 774 711) to get help with phones, apps, photos, social media, and more.

Why It Matters

  • The sessions pair tech-savvy tertiary students with older locals to share skills and foster confidence.
  • The program is part of Knox’s broader efforts to build intergenerational community connections.

Don’t miss your chance to bridge the digital divide and connect across generations.
