Wantirna South Woman Charged After Police Warrant
Police have charged a woman following a search warrant in Wantirna South this morning, Thursday the 21st of May.
Detectives from the Whitehorse Crime Investigation Unit executed the warrant at a Mowbray Drive address just before 9.30am.
Police said the raid formed part of an ongoing firearms investigation.
Woman Arrested During Morning Raid
According to Victoria Police, officers arrested a 28-year-old woman from Wantirna South at the property.
Police charged the woman with possessing a drug of dependence.
Additionally, detectives charged her with committing an indictable offence while on bail.
Court Date Confirmed
The woman has since been bailed.
She is scheduled to appear before the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on the 9th of September 2026.
Victoria Police confirmed the investigation remains ongoing.
