Knox Ozone Assault
Knox Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating an assault in Knox Ozone on Tuesday the 4th of November. It is understood a man was assaulted by an unknown offender in the Ozone precinct on Burwood Highway about 12.45pm. The offender, described only as male, fled the scene on foot through the shopping centre immediately after the incident.
Victim Taken to Hospital
The victim, a 47-year-old security guard, sustained serious injuries and was taken by road ambulance to Box Hill Hospital for treatment.
Investigation Ongoing
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the assault.
